I almost didn’t go in.
I hadn’t lifted weights in 8 years.

– The form I’d learned in my 20s
– The breathwork I’d built through a year of Pilates
– The mental grit from a decade in business
And I wasn’t doing it alone.
I had a trainer. We tracked reps, adjusted form, and tweaked the plan as we went.
That’s when it clicked:
Growth isn’t magic. It’s structure.
