Happy Birthday to me!

What kind of audacity does it take to kick off your professional newsletter by celebrating your own birthday?

The best kind.

Because for too long I’ve done the work with my head down, hoping that just maybe someone would notice.

And then when they did? I’d downplay it. Shrink my accomplishments. Shrink myself.

Fear? Yes.
Societal conditioning? Probably.

But I’m done with that.

That’s why this year I’m not making a birthday wish. I'm setting a birthday intention. I’m done waiting and hoping for “someday.”

I’m claiming the space I’ve earned, and stepping fully into the light. Even when it feels deeply uncomfortable.

This month, I kicked things off in Miami, flown out by Amazon Ads for their first-ever Small Business Weekend. A curated group of creators. Big ideas. Brilliant conversations. And a reminder:

This isn’t luck.

• I’ve helped over 2,500 brands grow and scale online.
• I’ve spoken on stages around the world.
• I’ve been featured in top courses, interviewed on hundreds of podcasts, and built a YouTube channel that draws in major brands and world-class partners.
• And this is just the beginning.

These wins weren’t handed to me. I carved them out, day by day, fueled by passion, purpose, and a relentless drive to help others succeed.

This isn’t a flex. It’s practice.

Practice in owning what I’ve built.
Practice in saying “yes” to being seen.
Practice in showing up as the speaker, strategist, and creative partner you want on your stage, in your room, or on your screen.

So, yes. Happy Birthday to me!

It does everything from correcting a word that I randomly pronounced in the weirdest way possible to chopping long form into short form and so much more. If you’re creating video of any kind and you’re NOT using this, why?
